Terms & Conditions:

• Prices are based on : Transport of non dangerous and/or hazardous materials per tautliner.
• Quotes in euro’s, excl. 21% VAT, when applicable, based on actual valuta rates, tariff . 
Interim price-changes reserved
• Rates are max valid until 14 days after quotation date, otherwise re-quotes have to be made.
• Extra waitinghours a €. 50,00 per hour.  We do not exchange pallets.  
• In case of transport cancelation on the day of loading we have to charge you 100% of the
original quoted freight amount.
• In case of transport cancelation one day before the day of loading we have to charge you 75%
of the original quoted freight amount.
• Invoice wil be send on day of loading and send without CMR Freightletter, this can be send
on request.
• Normal accessibility of Truck loading- and unloading address with international trucks have
to be assured. In case that goods have to be unloaded with a tail lift, this have to be
announced.Quotation on request.
• All time-fence related deliveries,  weekend hours and exhobition goods on loading and
unloading address will be extra cost related (on request). 
• 1 loading- and 1 unloading address ,1 m3 = 333 kg. / 1 loadingmeter = 1750 kg./5 m3 
• 2 hours free for loading and unloading  in case of FTL. 1 hour free in case of FCL.
• All claims have to be send in written to VAN VEGCHEL EXPRESS and the normal CMR terms
and conditions are applicable

Payment Terms:

• Within 30 days after date of invoice, a payment discount cannot not be given. 
• In case of payments outside the agreed 21 days will be charged.

Confirmation:

• In case you will book an order by email your company automaticly does agree with all mentiond
terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed in written by both parties.  Order have to be
